Stableford Championship
Stableford Championship, round one—and as it turns out, the only one—saw War collect a sterling 31 Stableford points at Panshanger, clinching the title. Meanwhile, Con (James) secured personal bragging rights with the lowest gross score, though the trophy remains steadfastly elsewhere.

War takes the title
War’s 31-point tally at Panshanger set the competition pace and politely left the rest of the Stableford field trailing behind—though perhaps not too far, as Con (James) managed a mischievous wave from second with 27. Notably, Con (James) tucked in the event’s lowest gross score of 103, showing that sometimes style and substance don’t ride in the same buggy. Countback wasn’t required: War’s win was as unambiguous as a lost ball in the rough. A round for the scorecards, if not necessarily the history books.
