COMPETITION COMPLETE

The Stableford Championship concluded with Tav topping the leaderboard, assembling a cumulative 67 points across the event. It was a game of measured accumulation rather than fireworks, leaving Robbo and Kev trailing just enough to miss out on more than polite applause.

The story of the title

Tav takes the title

Tav emerged victorious once all rounds were accounted for, harnessing a steady collection of points that left the rivals chasing par shadows. Robbo edged close with a final of 65, and Kev sat at 62, collectively proving that consistency – and perhaps a dab of daylight robbery from Tav – went further than sporadic brilliance. The Stableford numbers did all the talking while the scorecards bore witness to a trip well-played and just occasionally, well-survived.

Toughest holeHole 127.21 average gross. The field found its sternest examination here. Best scoring chanceHole 41.84 points average. The clearest scoring opportunity arrived here. Also contested hereHole 4Nearest Pin - Aylesford Hole 4. A dogleg hole—and while description sources vary, earlier commentary suggests water in front of this green. Ensure your tee shot reaches the corner to see the green properly, as water lurks, and a large putting surface awaits. Also contested hereHole 5Nearest Pin - Arden Hole 5. A short par 3 played slightly downhill to a large green, which is well‑guarded by five sizeable bunkers. Precision is critical, and the green warrants a confident shot that avoids those traps. Also contested hereHole 6Nearest Pin - Aylesford Hole 6. A narrow fairway demands discipline off the tee. Accuracy is essential on approach—this hole returns to the double green shared with the 3rd. Mis‑ties here can lead you astray.
