Dave’s 37 points—proof that even in golf, sometimes Dave really does know best.
Dave stormed to victory in the Stableford Championship at Knebworth, navigating the club’s notoriously leafy corridors to post a barnstorming 37 points. Outpacing Brian by a solid margin, Dave left the rest of the field wondering if they’d accidentally signed up for a gentle woodland stroll instead.
The Stableford Championship at Knebworth was settled conclusively by Dave’s standout tally of 37 points. While the rest tried valiantly to keep up, Dave turned fairway navigation into a family lesson, outscoring Brian by a hefty nine points. The countback on the last 9 wasn’t needed in the end; Dave was so far ahead it would’ve required a telescope to find second place. A resounding day for scorecards—and dads—everywhere.
